This page is maintained by Silly Coaching by Devin Morris to explain what we collect when coaches and players use the Service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We try to collect as little as possible — only what we need to make a coaching app work well.

1. What we collect

  • Account info — your email, an optional display name, and (for coaches) team name and season.
  • Roster info — players a coach adds: name, optional email for the invite, and an optional age group.
  • Coaching content — practice plans, drills, durations, videos linked to a drill, game-day notes, and attendance you record.
  • Drill usage — which drills you've viewed in the Public Drill Library, so we can surface what's useful.
  • Device and log data — basic information your browser sends (IP, user agent, timestamps, error logs) used for security, debugging, and rate-limiting.
  • Email events — whether an invite or reminder was delivered, bounced, or marked spam, so we can troubleshoot delivery.

We do not knowingly collect any other personal information.

2. How we use it

  • Run the app: show your roster, plans, drills, and notes back to you and the players you've invited.
  • Send invites and reminders that you trigger from inside the app.
  • Keep accounts secure and prevent abuse.
  • Improve the product — fix bugs, see which drills are most useful, plan new features.
  • Respond when you contact support.

We don't sell your data, and we don't show third-party advertising.

3. Where your data lives

The Service runs on managed cloud infrastructure (sometimes referred to in-app as "Lovable Cloud"). That infrastructure handles our database, authentication, and file storage on our behalf, under a contractual processing agreement. Email is sent via a transactional email provider. Logs and error reports may pass through monitoring tooling. We pick vendors who commit to industry-standard security practices, but we don't claim or imply any third-party certification on their behalf.

4. AI-assisted features

When you use an AI-assisted feature (for example, asking for a drill suggestion or a practice summary), the prompt and any drill text you send may be processed by a third-party AI provider through our AI gateway. We don't intentionally send player names, player emails, attendance records, or notes that identify a specific child to the AI provider. If a feature ever needs to do that, we'll tell you in the moment and give you a choice.

5. Who can see what

  • You — see everything in your own account.
  • Players you invite — see your team name, the schedule you've shared, attendance you record for them, and drills you've assigned.
  • The public Drill Library — only drills a coach explicitly publishes; never rosters, notes, attendance, or plans.
  • Our team and infrastructure providers — only as needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
  • Law enforcement — only when we're required to by law, and we'll push back on overbroad requests when we can.

6. Youth players

The Service is not designed for kids under 13 to sign up on their own. Coaches are responsible for getting permission from a parent or guardian before adding a youth player's name, email, or any other information to a roster. If you believe a youth player's data was added without that permission, email support@gallaghersresource.com and we'll remove it promptly.

7. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account data as long as your account is active. You can delete content directly in the app (a drill, a plan, a player) or delete the whole account from Settings. After account deletion, your data is removed from active systems quickly; encrypted backups age out on a rolling basis. Some records (like email-delivery logs and security audit logs) are kept for a limited period to protect the Service.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain uses. Most of these are self-serve from your Settings page. For anything you can't do yourself, email support@gallaghersresource.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

9. Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of cookies and local-storage items that are needed to keep you signed in and to remember UI preferences (like which dashboard panels you've hidden). We don't use cross-site advertising cookies or third-party analytics that profile you.

10. Security

We protect your data with TLS in transit, password hashing handled by our authentication provider, and row-level database rules so one coach can't read another coach's roster or notes. No system is perfectly secure — if you ever spot something that looks wrong, email support@gallaghersresource.com. We don't claim certification under any specific framework.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top and, for meaningful changes, give you in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
