Terms of Service

Silly Coaching by Devin Morris is a coaching tool built by Devin Morris. It helps coaches plan practices, build a personal drill library, share drills with players they invite, track attendance, and keep game-day notes. Players who are invited by a coach get a read-only view of the team's schedule and the drills their coach has shared.

There are two kinds of accounts:

• Coach — creates a team, builds a roster, plans practices, and invites players.
• Player — joins a team through a coach's invite and sees what that coach has shared with them.

You must be at least 13 to create your own account. If a coach wants to add a youth player who is under the local age of digital consent, the coach is responsible for getting permission from that player's parent or guardian before adding their name, email, or any other information to the roster.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@gallaghersresource.com if you think someone else got in.

Coaching is the goal. Don't use the Service to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate players, parents, or other coaches.
• Upload other people's children — names, photos, or contact info — without permission from a parent or guardian.
• Post content that's hateful, sexual, threatening, or illegal.
• Try to access another coach's roster, drills, or notes.
• Scrape the Service, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer it.
• Send spam, malware, or unsolicited messages through invites or notes.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, especially anything that puts a player's safety or privacy at risk.

You own the drills you create, the practice plans you build, and the notes you write (your "Content"). You give us a limited license to store, display, and back up your Content so we can show it back to you and to the players or co-coaches you choose to share it with. That license ends when you delete the Content or your account, except for routine encrypted backups that age out.

If you publish a drill to the public Drill Library, you're letting other coaches in the community view and learn from it. You can unpublish at any time; copies other coaches saved into their own library remain theirs to use for coaching purposes.

Some features may suggest drills, summaries, or wording using AI. Treat suggestions as a starting point, not a coaching prescription. You're the coach — you decide what's right for your players, their skill level, their age, and their safety. We don't guarantee AI output is accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation, and we don't intentionally send player names, contact info, or attendance details to AI providers when generating those suggestions.

The Service is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll tell you before any charge applies and give you a chance to review the pricing and decide.

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, the database, authentication, email delivery, and (for some features) AI generation. Their handling of data is covered in our Privacy Policy. If the Service links to external sites or videos (like a YouTube drill clip), those are governed by the host's own terms.

As-is, as-available.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

The Service is a planning and communication tool — it isn't medical, athletic-training, injury-prevention, or child-safety advice. You're solely responsible for the drills you choose to run, how you supervise practice, and how you communicate with players and parents.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILLY COACHING BY DEVIN MORRIS AND ITS OWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR INJURIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Silly Coaching by Devin Morris from claims arising out of (i) your Content, (ii) your use of the Service, (iii) your violation of these Terms, or (iv) your violation of another person's rights — including a player or parent.

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. The sections that should naturally outlive the agreement — content license, disclaimers, liability, governing law — do.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought only in the state or federal courts located there, individually and not as a class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top and, when it matters, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
